About Nakisha Kinlaw-Williams, DNP, APRN, AGPCNP-BC
Nakisha Kinlaw-Williams, DNP, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, is a minister and board-certified nurse practitioner at Gift Me Health International, a Christ-centered mobile wellness practice with locations in Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Kinlaw-Williams is a professor, doctoral-prepared advanced practice registered nurse, community nurse practitioner and educator, wellness integration consultant, mindfulness facilitator, and Christian minister. She received her nursing degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where she served on the campus ministry outreach team. Dr. Kinlaw-Williams obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and adult and geriatric nurse practitioner credentials from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, where she was a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society, completed masters- and doctoral-level nursing courses, and participated in medical mission trips to Guatemala. She was also a graduate professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University School of Nursing in Palm Beach, Florida, and was awarded Faith Community Nurse of the Year by Palm Healthcare Foundation, Inc. She’s presented as a trainer and lecturer at numerous community venues, covering women’s health, disease management, mindfulness, spiritual formation, mental health, nutrition, and much more. Dr. Kinlaw-Williams lives by the mantra that patients are what they eat mentally, physically, and spiritually. Her passion includes helping others find solutions to pain in their lives. She takes a whole-health person approach to lifestyle medicine and focuses on nutrition, fitness, stress-management, social support, and risky behavior avoidance. Dr. Kinlaw-Williams enjoys sharing the gospel message and supports growth in her patients through education and personalized care. She utilizes their God-given talents and gifts to improve themselves and positively impact humanity. She finds joy in immersing herself in the beauty of culture, people, and the brilliant tapestry of humanity as a whole. When she’s not helping her patients, Dr. Kinlaw-Williams loves reading, traveling, singing, watching anime, and spending time with her family and friends. She compassionately cares for new and existing patients at Gift Me Health International and welcomes them to the practice.
