We now offer a direct primary care model that bypasses traditional insurance. By selecting this option, the patient will pay a recurring membership-based flat fee or a Non-Membership flat fee due upon services rendered.
Options:
1. Direct Primary Care Membership Based $99/Month
2. Direct Primary Care Non-Membership: $150 for New Patient visits and $80 for Established Patient Visits.
