How It Works

Who Can Book a Virtual Visit?
Our virtual appointments are open to youth and adults aged 12 and older who need care for non-emergency medical concerns. These include follow-ups, lifestyle and wellness consultations, medication management, and other general health needs that can safely be handled through telehealth.
Our goal is to make healthcare simple, personal, and tailored to your needs — all while ensuring the same quality and compassion you’d receive in person.
Preparing for Your Virtual Visit
Before your appointment, please make sure to download, complete, and email the patient forms to drkw@giftmehealthinternational.org. This step helps our team understand your medical history and health goals ahead of time, so your visit can focus entirely on what matters most — your care.
